I don't know What people on here complain about. Dr. Reid is awesome and here staff is great too. I haven't had any issues at any of my visits.

Both Dr. Reid and Grillo have been excellent doctors in my years with the practice. I actually followed Dr. Reid from her previous practice. However, the front desk and office staff are horrible to work with and speak to making the entire visit unpleasant. One staff is incompetent while the other that has been there since the practice has been opened is knowledgeable but doesn’t seem to promote front desk and customer service skills or pass those along to other front desk staff. I was having an emergency where I needed depression medication urgently. There was a mistake with my appointment time and the front desk cancelled my appointment. I asked front desk if she could see me real quick in between patients since I need some form of depression medication. They wouldn’t even ask her. I’ve been waiting for this appointment for months and I’m struggling with my mental health just to be turned away or wait another month for another appointment.
