Husband missed an appointment they scheduled after he said he didn’t need it so they wanted to charge him for the missed appointment he was disputing and with held the refills for life saving medication until the missed appointment charge was paid they actually said when you pay for the missed appointment we will approve your refills immediately we will not be going back

I don't know What people on here complain about. Dr. Reid is awesome and here staff is great too. I haven't had any issues at any of my visits.
Both Dr. Reid and Grillo have been excellent doctors in my years with the practice. I actually followed Dr. Reid from her previous practice. However, the front desk and office staff are horrible to work with and speak to making the entire visit unpleasant. One staff is incompetent while the other that has been there since the practice has been opened is knowledgeable but doesn’t seem to promote front desk and customer service skills or pass those along to other front desk staff.
