Rip off Called Joe Reid out for a septic tank pump. We were quoted $350 to pump two tanks. I specifically asked him on the phone if the estimate was for two tanks, and he confirmed. When he arrived he pumped the first tank. I asked him when he would pump the second tank and he said it would be an additional $350. I reminded him of our conversation and he said I must have misunderstood him which I clearly remember the conversation.
