This property management is awful. We live in an HOA community with Reid as the property manager. They do very little for the community. The biggest complaint is the lack of communication, especially Matt Berg. This had irritated neighbors, but no one wants to say anything. I have emailed and called and rarely get a response. I have used the portal to request things regarding pests in the yard and it goes unnoticed. I had 2 incidents with the yard folk damaging my car and then my patio window.
