I had always had a pleasant experience here since I transfered from his office when he left town and like the fact that I can see multiple resident doctors if needed. I have had multiple issues with my lyrica medication, that I have been on for years with Dr Javier, when it comes time to refill. Last few times in a row I had to miss days because it was sent to the pharmacy by a doctor not authorized with medicaid. Doctor Afifi has been the most amazing Doctor I've ever had in my lifetime. I have Lupus and have alot of problems that pop up almost unexplainable because my immune system can attack whatever. Doctor Afifi has been so patient with me and honest, she seemingly genuinely cares more than any other Doctor I've had . I could not be more happy with the care I've gotten so far from her. Never open, and when they are, I never get the same Dr. Hope I don't have urgent medical issues that I need to discuss. Edit I've been calling for 2 weeks to schedule an appointment with no response. I ended up trying to schedule a specialist without a referral. They said my Dr would have to give me one. I got transferred and voilà, guess who finally answered. I now have an appointment but need to suffer for another 2 weeks until then.
