I don't know anyone who would give any avenue living apartments more than a 1 star rating. I live at reidpark estates and ever since avenue living has taken over the building has gone into disrepair, dirty carpets that are never cleaned or vacuumed, laundry rooms that are never kept clean and machines always broken, garbage everywhere, winter time is rough because they rarely if ever plow the snow, and it doesn't help the wellness center being right next door, needles everywhere, homeless breaking in and sleeping in the hall... read more

My name is LorraineBuchacher from 422 fairmont drive apt 343 I like working with Josh Zimmer I hope they keep him around for a long time and he understand a person when they have troubles sometimes and thanks to him we can keep living here because we got a diffrent appartment that is way better for us so I thank Josh Zimmer for that and I get him a 5 star

I lived here for a year and it was a nice apartment building. The only complaint I have is with the property managers. The one named Kristy or Kathy is a bit of an old bag.
