I’ve been a patient at the wound center in Richmond for several months and I am here to say they are awesome!! The whole staff, nurses, doctors, everyone is so nice and friendly and especially caring and knowledgeable people that listen to you and understand your needs and just take amazing care of you! Everyone is very nice and make you comfortable to be here...not a big turn over of employees so you get to know them and they get to know you. This makes your visit easier.
When I called I was greeted rudely and placed on hold while trying to explain the reason for my call. Then whenever another patient came up to talk I was cut off and put on hold 2-3 more times. When I was finally able to speak and started explaining AGAIN I was cut off and unable to complete a single sentence without interruption. As a patient of Reid Wound Healing Center, I have never experienced better heart felt care ever! This is a well oiled machine deserving of all good that can be said for the individuals who make up this team of care givers. Always going above and beyond the call of duty, and the extra mile. Just can't say enough about the care I receive here...
