I wasn't even upset at the outrageous price, I was upset with my experience with whoever the lady at the front desk on 9/30/26 at 7pm is. I had come in because I had been throwing up acid and dry heaving almost every morning for a few weeks, and had enough and finally worked up the courage to go see a doctor (I haven't been since I was a little kid, and had no idea what to expect). The only complaint I have with the Reid Health Immediate Care is if you have an accident and have pain in your upper and lower arm, they will only treat 1 thing. So you would have to come back and re-register to be seen again.
Reid Urgent Care: Long waiting time.. Over an hour wait time in the main waiting room. Not busy at all.. Only one other person in main waiting room.. Good courteous service from my Nurse Practioner after I was taken to an individual room.
Was seen and treated quickly. Very good experience.
