Everyone did a great job of taking care of my needs
The people here from the receptionist to the technicians are very kind, caring people and show you the utmost respect. I would highly recommend going to them.
Julie in Outpatient Imaging was very thorough in doing my renal ultrasound. She was very professional and personable. She asked questions about the reason I was having the ultrasound and why I was returning to see my urologist. We also discussed our plans for the holidays while she did the ultrasound. She jokingly made sure I was fully dressed before I went to the bathroom down the hall to void. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience even with a bladder full of 32 ounces of water. Thank you, Julie, for doing a great job!
The staff is always so kind and professional! I always get information about the procedures I am receiving and what to expect in regards to results!
