You are made to go on-line and fill out forms to see your test results. These forms require that you give your entire social security number. This isn't 1980 and these practices should be corrected immediately. This is very sad for a company of this stature to condone these policies. I will never use the portal again and hope I can get my account information wiped from the system. My social security number is not to be used as a means of identification by anyone.
