Walked in, got called back in less than 10 minutes. Talked to a nurse about my issue. She suggested that it was a different issue than originally thought(more with my neck then my shoulder). 5 minutes later I was having x-rays. Less than 10 minutes later I was talking to a nurse practitioner. Worked out a plan and was on my way to pick up my prescription. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable.

I have gone here several times and have received kind and relatively quick care. I have had referrals and diagnosis made after visiting this clinic, while other places have just told me "sounds like sciatica". I have chronic issues and am working toward getting an MRI which was ordered by a doctor here, but insurance requires physical therapy. I feel this facility tries their best to accomodate my issues, but I also have a connective tissue disorder and there aren't specialists in the area so they're limited on what they can... read more

Nothing like waiting in a empty waiting room 40 minutes past your appointment. Seems like it's a ongoing issues every time we come to the place. But sure seemed like the nurses in the back were having a good time laughing and cutting up.

Horribly rude. Extremely poor care. None of the employees can properly answer questions. I left the building in tears because of how they treated me. I tell everyone not to go here, even as a last resort. Absolutely terrible excuse for healthcare.
