I had a wonderful experience here! My EKG lasted about 0.2 seconds 😂 and I was in and out, while my ECHO felt like it lasted about two hours—but I was comfortable the entire time. I definitely felt a little exposed during the ECHO, but the technician’s professionalism immediately put me at ease. He was gentle, explained everything he was doing before it happened, and made the whole experience feel so comfortable and relaxed. Reid cardiology has changed my scheduled appointment 3 times. This is so disrespectful and very poor planning. I hope this does not happen to you.
I had an echocardiogram earlier today ordered by Brennan Barrett due to me having shortness of breath the past couple of days. I had it at the Reid Heart and Vascular Center. Brent performed the procedure and was very thorough. Jessie put in an IV to administer saline during the procedure. Katelyn (sp?) assisted Brent in pushing the saline through the IV to check for possible holes in my heart. They were all very personable and professional throughout the procedure.
A big Thank You to Dr. Choudary and his medical team for doing a great job on my left heart catheterization which started at 11 am on 10 Oct! They put in one stent and the whole procedure went very smoothly. Dr. Choudary constantly checked to see how I was feeling and to make sure I was doing well.
