My experience with Reis Glass is bad
I recently had ReidGlass Company install a mirror wall and two sliding glass doors, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. My experience with Reid Glass Company was not good. February of last year I put half down ($179,00) for a glass installation. From the moment I stepped into the store, I had a bad sense. I called the company for a quote, and unfortunately, the customer service was disappointing. The representative I spoke with was quite rude. While the quote was reasonable, the experience left a lot to be desired, and I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere. This process shouldn’t have been so difficult.
Purchased two Euro style Shower enclosers. Excellent quality and very professional installers. Highly recommend!
