My experience with Reid Glass Company was not good. February of last year I put half down ($179,00) for a glass installation. From the moment I stepped into the store, I had a bad sense. I called the company for a quote, and unfortunately, the customer service was disappointing. The representative I spoke with was quite rude. While the quote was reasonable, the experience left a lot to be desired, and I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere. This process shouldn’t have been so difficult.
Purchased two Euro style Shower enclosers. Excellent quality and very professional installers. Highly recommend!
Customer Service was horrible. People are NOT personable at all. Jerry should not work with the public. Extremely rude and not willing to work for their customers.
Paid 487.34 for a custom glass for cabinet cover 18 3/8" x 52 11/16" Was looking to match butter pantry pictures included. Not even close, barely "antique" look. They won't switch out for a better match. We are stuck with this basically to put in trash and starting over with another company. Expensive lesson. Buyer beware as you may not even get close what you thought you might pay for.
