Very polite ,professional and helpful
At this point two stars is generous. (Upgraded to 5 after visit) And I haven't even been seen yet! but so far not impressed! Got a call today (friday) for my Monday appt asking me what allergy meds I've had in last 48 hrs and after brief discussion I found out I shouldn't have taken 1 pill because it will interfere with testing on Monday. Are you kidding me! WHY?? don't you TELL YOUR PATIENTS THAT WHEN YOU SCHEDULE THE APPOINTMENTS!?!? This should be a common practice! Very disappointed in Reid. I have no been impressed from the care received by Cristy Carter the PA or Dr Bawa. Both have poor bedside manner, not very caring for small children or understanding. Reid wants to charge you $400 to see a provider for 2 minutes. Recently lost insurance for my toddler who is having ear issues even with having the tubes Dr Bawa placed. Was told, with being self pay, i would have to pay $650 up front before my child could be seen. Was told their is no sliding fee, discount, income based nothing, not... read more
Its gross how BAD the dermatology staff treat the patients. Very uncaring and unprofessional I can't believe this place is even open.
They were so great and patient with my toddler! Communicated very well and used terms we could understand haha
