Now I see why this clinic has very low stars/score. I wouldn’t even give a freaking star, but since I have to in order to leave a review, I would recommend if you can go off base. My child is there with severe ear pains, severe headache, coughing, like she’s losing a long . After sitting there for a couple hours oh they decide they’re gonna close the clinic at 9:30. I am an airman. I am in Medical Holdover. All throughout my Basic Military Training experience I had to visit reid for various appointments. Upon visiting there was always an extremely rude individual working the front desk. He is a shorter Hispanic man whose name I do not know. He works in the trainee health area. He constantly is cutting off trainees and airmen(including myself) and treats no one with any respect as far as I’ve seen. I have been very disappointed in the lack of professionalism & accuracy of the Reid Medical Clinic. My husband has been in medical hold since May (it is now the middle of July) due to a mistake in paperwork while he was in BMT. He was not notified of this mistake & was shocked to be placed in holding the Friday following his graduation with no idea why he was being placed there.
