Dr. Prats should learn to show some respect. The most unprofessional and rude doctor I have ever had to speak with in my life. Even cussed me out after I waited 3 hours in the room to see her.

Now I see why this clinic has very low stars/score. I wouldn’t even give a freaking star, but since I have to in order to leave a review, I would recommend if you can go off base. My child is there with severe ear pains, severe headache, coughing, like she’s losing a long . After sitting there for a couple hours oh they decide they’re gonna close the clinic at 9:30.
