We absolutely love our kitchen and bathroom remodel. The professionalism of Kristen and Tim minimized what could have been a very overwhelming and tedious experience. Kristen was very helpful in providing feedback during the selection process. She spent time going through several options. As a result, there is nothing we would change. We had a wonderful experience working with Kristen at Reico. She listened to our vision of each room and gave her insight as well to help us create the look we wanted. We are thrilled with the results!
We drove there to make an appointment. No one called back. Went back to the store only to find out the person who was supposed to call is now on vacation. Left a message with the person who was there to have the original give us a call. Two more weeks go by with NO response. Enough! We then went another kitchen store and spent $110,000. You do not deserve our business!
