We recently completed a complete Master Bath remodel using REICO and David Payne as our contractor. The two agencies worked well together to ensure we ended with exactly what we wanted, in a reasonable time. Many companies or contractors will say they will help you design your dream bath. We added cabinetry to a kitchen with 20 year-old cabinets that we kept. We added additional cabinets and a desk area in our kitchen. The color match and style were spot on for our purposes. Elizabeth was wonderful as we navigated the design and initial changes. Joseph kept us well informed about delivery and installation. The installers and countertop fabricators were pleasant and professional, and both had an attention to detail.
Outstanding customer service, beautiful showroom, and experienced team. Man they really know what they are doing! Once my new home is ready to move into, I will 100% be using Reico for all of my upgrades!!! So excited!
Horrible customer service!!! We were treated as if we were bothering our consultant, Elizabeth, despite having a presecheduled appointment. The prices we were quoted were FAR more than anywhere else. Unfortunately we had to use them, as they are who the builder is partnered w/. We did not end up w/ what we wanted, as their prices were astronomical. The installation we had was poor as well.
