Five months in and still no kitchen. Cabinets came in broken and it has been over 2 months to replace two of them along with ALL FRONTS. Getting run around and an excuse after excuse for the delays. ALL kitchen fronts have dents or bad paint job and have to be replaced. Will update this review as we go along..... Replacements came in and.... they were as bad as the first batch. Thank you Angel Bouchelle and Cathy Waters for your assistance in the design and purchasing of the many items I need for my bathroom and powder room. I found it overwhelming to do this on my own. When I received an incorrect tub and a damaged vanity, Angel and Cathy were right there to deal with the manufacturers and obtain a replacement. Both bathrooms are beautiful and I could not be happier. Kathy R.
Nice showroom, albeit small, to walk around, get ideas and examine samples, but the workers outright ignore you. My wife and I went in there on Sat, walked around for 35 minutes pulling out sample doors we liked, and got zero response from either worker (designer?) in there. Yes, they were working with other customers, but they interacted with each other and even walked right passed us without so much as a glance in our direction.
