We had our second appointment in the Lowell office. We can't be happier about our experience. Anita and Dr. Steve both took their time, making sure all our questions were answered and included our son in the conversation. Never felt rushed, even though the waiting room was packed and I'm sure they had a busy day, we never felt it. Anita is a great resource and so friendly, helpful and kind. We couldn't have had a better experience.
After 26 months my daughter got her braces off today and they look fabulous. The staff was always awesome and accommodating. The office always smells nice. And they used great materials, never once did my daughter break a wire or bracket. Couldn't be happier. Thank you for my daughter's new beautiful smile!!
Your whole team exudes warmth and friendliness. It is clear that everyone is on the same page about delivering the very best results and making the child comfortable ...and even excited...about getting involved in and accountable for her care. We appreciate the consistent and clear efforts to educate us as parents and also the direct communication with our 13-year-old about the treatment plan and expectations. The office setting is incredible! Thank you.
