Outstanding
Everytime i come im more and more disappointed or let down. Their service dept is fantastic. However, they are not as up front as one would assume
We had a not so great experience with our GMC Serria needing a new engine before 100,000 miles and with the warranty company refusing to pay, however David A and the service team from Reichert was phenomenal. They were able to order us a new engine and help us with a loaner until our truck was fixed. Dave kept us up to date with the service work and was always pleasant and professional to deal with. We have bought cars here in the past and will again next time we are in the market.
