We had a wonderful crew working at Mankato Lodge Senior Living. They were excellent at communicating, keeping promises, and cleaning up after themselves. All around, they were a pleasure to have in the building and exceeded our expectations!
My wife and I were at Menards today, picking up a a bulky item and trying to get it loaded in our SUV. Two Reichel employees saw us struggling and took the time to help us get our purchase loaded. I am a handicapped individual and their help was greatly appreciated!! Thank you again to these gentlemen.
Great customer service! Would defiantly recommend their product. Answered all my questions and concerns before and after the job. The clean up after the job was complete was above and beyond what I was expecting. Looking forward to seeing lower utility bills.
We were very happy with the job these guys did, they insulated our exterior walls and attic. For the attic they laid down plastic to protect our floors and left very little for us to vacuum when they were finished. As for the exterior walls all the siding was properly replaced some was even better then when they started. They cleaned up after themselves as if they were never there. I'm not one to give high praise lightly, but Reichel Insulation truly impressed me—from sales to the attic, wall, and repair crews. Their timing, communication, and work ethic were outstanding. I’m already expecting major improvements in my home’s energy efficiency. I wholeheartedly recommend them for your insulation needs.
