They just lost over $15k on a die for a new customer because they dont know how to quote prices. Company is the most unorganized I've seen. Assembly needed a $200 grinder to help assemble the dies and the owners said they didn't have enough money. Very pathetic! A guy worked here with epilepsy and they fired him 2 days after he told them. I feel sorry for him, I didn't think companies could treat people differently due to their medical conditions. Upon walking into the shop, it smells of heavy paint fumes. The business itself is ran in a chaotic and unorganized fashion. The company’s accountant sits with a baby in her office, all day long. Ethically, and personally, I don’t think a tool shop office is a suitable environment for a baby to be cared for in. The receptionist is always very rude over the phone - never met her in person, don’t think I’d want to. The employees I’ve met gossip about their other co-workers and other customers.
