Upon walking into the shop, it smells of heavy paint fumes. The business itself is ran in a chaotic and unorganized fashion. The company’s accountant sits with a baby in her office, all day long. Ethically, and personally, I don’t think a tool shop office is a suitable environment for a baby to be cared for in. Reich Tool has been a long-time supplier and customer for my company. Their customer service has always been exceptional, along with their willingness to take on nearly anything I send them. Their wide-range of machining and water-jet capabilities keep them in the front of my mind for nearly any type of job that comes our way. We appreciate all of the business that comes our way, in addition to the personalities that are represented when communicating with them.
