Rude, misdiagnosed problem with my furnace, and left. Came out through Ramsey co heat assistance program, and made getting assistance difficult because I now had to disprove what they had reported back to Ramsey co assistance. I was able to do this but it took weeks without heat before I could get this done. Weeks heating my house with my electric oven. Ran my electric bill up hundreds of $$$
Replaced 80% efficient Rheeme furance they installed about 15 years ago with a high efficiency one, and original (1987) Rheeme air conditioner with a Rheeme high efficiency one. Great people, product, service and price. All around best value.
We can't say enough about what a great company Reibel Heating & Air Conditioning is to work with. We needed a new furnace, air conditioner and water heater and did some general checking around and found their price to be very reasonable. Based upon some strong recommendations by friends and liking the approach by Terry when he came to give us an estimate, we decided to go with Reibel. Great experience. Seasoned owner found the issue and repaired quickly.
I called 3 different AC businesses about my broken ac unit. Reibel on the first call gave me potential quick dyi fixes at no charge which happened to work. Every other company just tried to upsell. My AC unit is old so I suspect I will need it replaced in the next few years and based off my initial experience I will 100% be reaching out to Reibel first for my next heating and cooling needs.
