I live out of state but own a few rental properties in Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. I’ve been in the business for a while and decided to unload a few properties at the top of this year. In one short visit, Sid was able to put together a fair offer for my house and was an absolute delight to work with. I highly recommend this company as their interactions were professional and they treated the tenants in the house with care.

They were awesome kind, and considerated. They did over and Beyond to make us happy. And this was still about us after we didn't get what we expect because of her old debts. That team is by far the best. They had kept in touch with me every step of the way. And when the debt came out a lot more than we thought it would was willing to help me after the closing. I recommend them to anyone. You just don't find them kind of people anymore. Please send business their way, I promise you won't regret it.
