REI, where the prices are ridiculous and so are the employees. Went to this location looking a bike for my 4 yr old. The employees wouldnt even make eye contact, until my 4 yr old mistakenly sat on a bike that was there to be "serviced" 🙄. Then one of the REI menzas walked over and said, uuuh, guys, uuhh that bike, like uhhh, belongs to somebody else". I was already in the process of getting her off the bike. She didnt know. Shes 4. Great team members! I drove 2 hours to this store to buy a pack and boots for an upcoming backpacking trip. Manny helped me find the right pack, get it fitted to me, and showed me how to make adjustments to the straps. He even gave me some times on how to load the pack so it would feel better over longer distances. He never made me feel stupid when I asked questions and took the time to explain the "why" behind his answers. Sam helped me pick out a pair of boots. He probably brought out every boot they had in my size for me ... read more

Looking at shoes for over 20 mins and no one offered help (blk woman). Husband came in after running an errand and was offered help in less than 5 mins in the same area. Y’all lost a customer today.
