REI has great sales staff.
I just had a really great experience at this REI due to Katie, the team member assisting customers in the shoe section. They had 4 other customers, but they managed all of us and our size requests with ease, while making us each of feel heard. They were very knowledgeable and offered custom recommendations to me based on my specific needs and situation, and I was able to leave with three pairs of shoes that fit my needs. Will definitely be back for my outfitting needs!
Nancy was incredibly helpful and nice! She helped get our whole crew fitted and set up for a backpacking trip
JK and Ken helped my wife and I try on multiple sizes and styles of footwear. They were both knowledgeable in products and the membership opportunities.
