Customer service and manners lacking in the shoe department
Please train your cashiers to provide the free bag to the customers. My husband purchased a shirt and ReI didn’t offer the free bag. This is poor and substandard customer service. Please do better.
Not my usual REI store but the North Lamar location didn’t have the size socks I was looking for. Drove to gateway and I am so glad I did, found what I needed and the service was exceptional. Thank you Jim for your advice, enthusiasm, and wisdom. He was so helpful! I’ll probably end up visiting this location more often :)
