This review is partly for REI (for not honoring their promise/policy) but mainly for the Keizer store and primarily for one guy there. Between my wife and I, we have spent many thousands of dollars at various REIs in the last 25 years and only returned 1-2 things in 25 years. My online order was filled quickly and very easy to pickup
The manager at the Keizer store, Age, was super helpful and kind. Great customer service!
It was fine overall, but I was in there at a slow time and felt like I was being stalked by one restless member of the sales staff. He asked me if I needed help multiple times and then walked past me and seemed to circle me. Every time I turned around or around a corner he seemed to be there. I don’t think I look shady, so it felt weird.
