Manager approachhed me and my girl Shasta. Shasta is a well behaved English Cream Retreiver and said she had to stay in the car. It was over 90 degrees outside! Several customers and emplyees came up to greet her and said she was a great girl. Shasta has just about every dog item REI sells. What do REI members think?

Purchased new hiking shoes today. Hartley helped me out and eagerly got me 6 or so different pairs to try on. He was a cool dude and had great customer service. Would recommend this store for hiking shoes 🤙🏽
Terrible experience at this store with an extremely rude employee named Anya. Will never come back to this location!
