We bought a MSR hubba hubba 2. They waited until we arrived to pick it up. Very friendly
I purchased a snow hat here, and my dog chewed it up in the car directly after, when I went into another shop. I completely understand that is our fault, but I figured since I have spent thousands of dollars at REI over the past 15 years, that maybe they would allow me to exchange it. The manager came out and he would not allow it.
