Went to buy sleeping bag. Salesperson couldn't be bothered to help us so we left.
Staff are helpful and knowledgeable.
I went here with my daughter after a multi day backpacking hike through the Beartooths. The associates here were amazing! So helpful in helping me track down tall sizes during a sale. My daughter also found an incredible parka for winter that was 60% off! With so much gear and knowledge, if I ever have another trip in Montana, this will be my go to store for gearing up.
The nicest staff I have ever encountered at a REI! You guys rock!
