The REI store in Jackson, Wyoming permanently ruined my brand new Faction Agent skis due to basic technician incompetence and then refused to take responsibility. I brought in brand new skis for a routine binding remount. This is a straightforward service, especially for a lightweight ski with a wooden core. Instead of doing the job correctly, REI delayed the work for days, gave vague and misleading explanations, and failed to communicate.
