The crew here really went above and beyond to help me find a new snowboard boot when I needed one last minute. They ended up not having what I needed in stock, but went the extra mile to find another retailer that could meet my needs. Really great service and experience!
The REI store in Jackson, Wyoming permanently ruined my brand new Faction Agent skis due to basic technician incompetence and then refused to take responsibility. I brought in brand new skis for a routine binding remount. This is a straightforward service, especially for a lightweight ski with a wooden core. Instead of doing the job correctly, REI delayed the work for days, gave vague and misleading explanations, and failed to communicate. We were very happy with Colby’s help with my ski boot fitting and heat molding. He was very thorough, took all the time I needed to answer and address all my concerns. He took time to explain the whole heat molding process. If we could give him more stars we would.
