Been in this store several times. Tried to find 6 different pair of Hokas - not one in my size in stock. Had another customer step in between me and sales person to ask for help and the salesperson left to go help her - never came back. My husband tried to get the attention of another salesperson who was straightening shoes and he just ignored us. Been an REI member for 5 years but I won’t be back to this store.
I can't get enough of this store. I love the vibe, the products, the customers care, I LOVE It!
I love REI in general but this is not a great location as it’s very small (in terms of an REI). I’ve bought a ton from here over the years, thousands of dollars. The employees who work the cycling area are not knowledgeable from what I’ve found, but I don’t know why you’d ever take your bike to an REI for service and not an actual local bike shop. There was a pricing issue with some gloves I was purchasing and Will Delaney helped me fix the problem. REI is lucky to have him!
