This REI honestly impressed me with how kind and helpful their employees are. I came in a few days before their annual sale and an employee informed me that I would get a better deal if I came back on the day of the sale, which is great! Never been in an REI before. Nice store. Went to look at backpacks for hiking with a baby. They didn't have very many in stock. Friendly service. Staff member helped me with figuring out what pack I wanted. They also have a 1 year return policy which is amazing. Easy to access parking lot.
Very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this to the outdoors people looking for good quality equipment and great customer service.
