I love REI in general but this is not a great location as it’s very small (in terms of an REI). I’ve bought a ton from here over the years, thousands of dollars. The employees who work the cycling area are not knowledgeable from what I’ve found, but I don’t know why you’d ever take your bike to an REI for service and not an actual local bike shop. There was a pricing issue with some gloves I was purchasing and Will Delaney helped me fix the problem. REI is lucky to have him!

This REI honestly impressed me with how kind and helpful their employees are. I came in a few days before their annual sale and an employee informed me that I would get a better deal if I came back on the day of the sale, which is great! I came back during the sale and another employee helped me for over half an hour to find some nice fitting shoes after talking about some foot pain I'd been having, and yet another employee helped answer several questions I had about some biking equipment without pressuring me to purchasing ... read more
