I have had several outstanding experiences here. The staff members are always friendly and helpful, on the phone and in the store. One helped advise me on how to look up gear on the website to confirm it was available for resupply in the store before coming in, and another took the time to check some shoes I was picking up to make sure they were the right size in the box. They have quality products and I am impressed by the staff’s attitude. Great job, guys, customer for life.

Had a fantastic experience thanks to Brian, who helped me install a Thule rack on my car. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the entire Thule system and made the whole process a breeze. Just genuinely friendly and made me feel really confident about my purchase. Highly recommend asking for Brian if you need any help!

I have been having great experience all around every time I visit so I figured I’d chime in and give credit where credit is due. From check out people to bike shop help from Darci and Brian today and others prior times I visited, I mainly had a great and helpful experience even when they are very busy and may be overwhelmed by the amount if people. The positive atmosphere and actual experience of solutions speaks volumes. Thank you. (Bought bikes, helmets, backpacks, chairs, Thule support, bike support, misc items … ).

I was uncomfortably being watched like a hawk as if I was going to steal the boots I was trying on. Tried to do small talk. Nothing, just stood five feet from me, watching me. There were other costumers around too. I was trying to walk around with the boots to try out the feel of them. Even left my purse on the seat. I was nervous to even ask to try on different boots.
