I had high hopes for my first visit and was disappointed. They had very low shoe inventory and it took a while to find someone to help with shoes. I ended up ordering the shoes I wanted online.
This review is specifically for the awesome staff at this location. I had purchased a pair of low hikers at an REI store in NYC, and for New Balance, these things were deceptively wobbly. They were like wearing an ultra-cushioned pair of high heels when I tried them outside the first time, and my ankle kept threatening to roll.
