My friends and I keep saying, “whatever happened to REI”? There’s almost no help in important areas like shoes. All the sizes were either extra extra large or too small. Wouldn’t the buyers know to acquire loads of mediums and very few extra extra large? The line to check out was so long we abandoned ship and stopped purchasing a single T-shirt. Don’t know if we’ll go back again to use up last year‘s credits. Sad decay of a once category leader.
Friendly staff, great place to shop. Alexis, Noodle and Josh were great. Alexis is very helpful and customer service oriented.
Big selection. Lots of staff walking around to help.
Thomas helped us choose bags for our thru hike and was very detailed and informative on fitting and comfortability. Awesome employee, awesome experience! Thank you Thomas!
