Lied about their rei membership policies. Lied about a “coupon” i had for being a member that didn’t lower the total price. Staff having a hard time navigating their check out/customer service kiosks. And staff also venting about their frustration about customers - in front of the customers. I guess there’s a reason online shopping is eating all these stores
My friend is a member, and they have a good selection of gear.
Always love REI have for many decades.
Great store and even better staff - Sebastian and Italy went out of their way to help me out this week after I’d messed up an online order - I really appreciated the extra customer service!!
