I had a great experience at REI, and I've gotta give a huge shout out to Mandi. I probably went up to him 10 different times with questions while I was shopping, and every time he was patient, friendly, and happy to help. At checkout, my car-kept declining, which was super embarrassing, but Mandi was incredibly kind and never made me feel awkward.
