I took my Patagonia jacket to this store, which I frequent often, I wanted to have them send the jacket off for repair, the manager lady was called and she said REI does not offer this. I said yes they do, I was told to bring it to this store, she proceeded to tell me I was not informed and I was not correct, 1.
