Very rarely will you ever find a company like REI. I cannot think of another store that has treated me as good as they have. Their staff is knowledgeable and friendly and service is second to none. I have never been disappointed with them in the decades of shopping here. They are a great resource of equipment and supplies for outdoor life be you casual or expert. They have gear for you and staff to help figure out what you have and need.
REI has an amazing return policy, Clarence items are best items. Staff is super helpful, found everything a puppy girl needs for back country skiing.
Very clean. Great to talk to a representative on the floor. He ask if we need any assistance. We'll stocked. Organized ! Restroom clean. Great visit at REI.
Not sure this workers name but he was EXTREMELY rude to my mom and sister. He was also extremely rude to the people in front of us. He should get fired.
