Huge thanks to Keith Baker, the Service Manager, and the entire team. I’m currently touring the country by bicycle and stopped in because I was worried my bike might need major work. Keith took great care of me, got me back on the road, and made the whole experience stress-free. What really stood out was when he told me that if I ended up stuck waiting on parts, they would’ve helped me find a couch to sleep on.
