My sister went today at around 7:20pm 9/15/26 to get me a vest, and online it says they had an item in stock in different sizes and even says I could pick it up same day. As I’m on the phone with my sister to get the item a lady was helping my sister out and the lady was saying they didn’t have it in store and I’m like why if it says you guys have it in stock and the lady starts catching a nasty rude attitude and is very demanding and says “well show me what it says online” and my sister showed her the ss I sent of it saying... read more

Keith, Amber and the entire bike shop staff are topnotch. I’ve been working with them for many years and have been blown away at how effortlessly they take care of all my bicycle repair needs. I highly recommend the REI co-op kid bike program. We bought and sold quite a few bikes over the years as my kids got older (and bigger). My NPS score is a 10 without hesitation.
