Huge shoutout to Keith at the REI in the Richmond area. I’m new to mountain biking and he was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. I had a wheel issue that looked like a manufacturing defect, and he got it resolved quickly and had me ready to ride again. You can tell he’s passionate about what he does. Highly recommend seeing him.
