I have not ridden a bike since middle school! Bought a bike at Dicks sort of a mistake. It's best to be fitted to a bike. When riding my bike on the trails, my shoulders would ache at the point of me wanting to just return the bike. I googled to find a bike fitter and found REI. I called and spoke to Ryan(very nice) and explained my situation, he told me to come in no appointment necessary.
