I'm a returning customer and this is the store nearest to me. Even then, I drove 13 miles to shop here. I came to shop on 5/26/2025 to take advantage of the sale going on. Throughout the majority of my visit, I was being followed by staff. I was shopping with my father and I understand we might not look like your usual customer base. But it was incredibly embarrassing and frustrating to be closely monitored as I made my way around the store, holding items I had picked out. Don't bother with the bike shop. Horrible customer service. Tried to do a follow up phone call to get clarification on a quote and the operator is the gate keeper. The operator asked for my question which she could not answer and informed me the service techs were busy and to try back later. The more an more I try to shop at the store I used to love and work at, the more disappointed I am with the experience. I will not be using REI or REI.com com any longer. It's sad to see how a brand has slid into mediocrity. Good bye REI

Corey was super helpful in assisting me to sort out my membership issue. All the staff members I encountered were really friendly even though it was a really busy final day of the anniversary sale. The layout of this store is much easier to navigate than the store in Irvine when shopping for clothes. REI does honor their one year warranty which gives me peace of mind when trying out products by different brands.
