came in to get a national park pass and the cashier, revi, asked if I wanted to purchase a lifetime co-op membership. she explained all the benefits but failed to mention that it cost $30 before ringing it up, and the membership is non refundable. full disclosure would have been appreciated because if I’d known I wouldn’t have purchased it since I don’t shop here enough.
Love this REI location. They’ve got great associates who are so helpful. Robert handled my purchase. He was so patient with me when I tried to complete my purchase using Klarna app. I was so frustrated in trying to get it to work and Robert didn't rush me along. Anyway, he verified that I was an REI member and reminded me to use my rewards amount. All in all, great purchase for REI item was made (waterproof coat) and left - totally satisfied customer. Thank you, Robert!!!
