This is feedback specifically for the REI in Huntington Beach. I was waiting in the return from an item quality issue and online pickup line with three people ahead of me. I watched the teller help both of the people in front of me, including a return. But when it got to my turn, she told me to go wait in the main cashier line instead. After making me wait that long, for a return, that is unacceptable. I felt disrespected, and I probably won't be back to this store.
