Customer service is great, and this location is pretty big!
Every employee at REI in Brentwood that I've been helped by is incredibly helpful, and either an expert on the topic in question, or willing to get one.
The whole foods of camping stores. Expensive products but great quality too.
A really awesome place to get camping gear. They even have things for big people like me! :)
