Outstanding place to go shopping for camping, biking, or any outdoor activity. They have a wide variety of products to choose from. Their staff is very knowledgeable on their products and will help you find what you need. I got my hiking boots and backpack from them and their staff was very helpful.
This place is really cool to look around if you are into the outdoors, but man are they pricey. Great service though.
REI is by far the most extensive recreational outdoorsmen store in Colorado Springs-even out beating Mountain Chalet downtown. From the occasional hiker, biker, climber, runner or camper REI has you covered. And if REI doesn't carry that exact one unique item you're looking for (that can only be found online) REI will do special orders for you! Excellent customer service. Great selection. Love the return policy. Knowledgeable staff whom willingly answer questions and assist in helping you find just what you are looking for.
I like REI if your more of a hiker/camper but for Cycling not so much. One issue I have with this store is that if your a little over weight and trying to get in shape they don't carry that size. It's terrible not quite the motivator
The outdoor lovers paradise. Bike shop and kayaks, clothes and gear. Nice big place. Lots of staffers walking around available to help
As an REI member I enjoy shopping here and receiving help from friendly knowledgeable staff. They offer ski and snowboard services and a variety of outdoor classes
Excellent customer service and return policy. There are always people on hand to answer your questions.
I love this store. It's like my toy store. Plus the staff is always helpful and they give you great tips on have a fun outing.
