I had an absolutely fantastic experience at REI in Columbia, Maryland, thanks to Chris. He was incredibly knowledgeable about GPS watches and took the time to understand my needs and guide me to the right product. Without his expertise and patience, I would have ended up with a watch that wouldn't have suited my level of activity. Friendly staff throughout the store. The ONLY retail shop I enjoy visiting. Quality gear that inspires ideas for fun adventures. We've bought running shoes, hiking boots, tents, camping cookware, dress shirts, t-shirts, pants, shorts and more. Cool managers too. REI wins in all ways.

Did you know that REI offers bike repair, detailing, and maintenance - now I do too!! Took 3 old, neglected, but loved bikes to see what could be done to make them look nice and safe to ride. WOW! They did a great job... cost to repair (free quotes too) versus buying new was significant. Can and happily do recommend this team of bike techs for your pre (enter any year, here) riding season starts. : )) the entire team was great, but a special shout out to Delaney (thankyouverymuch!!) for being incredibly nice and friendly.
