Don't get to the garage sale any earlier than 9:00. No advantage when tickets are the gig.
There is a Starbucks in the building--grab some coffee and head out to the outdoor tables to enjoy the view of the river.
Indoor playground on top floor is great for the kids on a snowy day.
Take your kids to REI so they can learn to climb on the indoor climbing gym.
