Literally shopped here twice before and today I come in and an associate Rachel approaches me and asks if I’m finding everything okay. I give her this story about how i lost my sunglasses and how i love the store and then we start talking about memberships. She then tells me the benefits and how it would help me, especially since I love hiking and everything. Hands down she’s super nice and really knows her stuff. I got the membership thanks to her and I’m excited to come back before my next trip!!
