Last two times i've come here, an item showing online as in stock and available for pickup at this store, was no where to be found on shelves when I arrived. Not even an empty spot with a tag to indicate it was there to be begin.
I went into Rei today for insoles for my new work shoes. Spent 100 bucks on them and my feet still hurt. I asked Nate if he could direct me to the insoles. He walked over told him my story about my feet. He made a suggestion and then he tested my feet for the perfect insoles. I put them in my work shoes and walked around for a good 10 minutes. My husband and I just started getting into running so we went to REI, and in the shoe section, we met Richard! I believe that was his name; he was an older gentleman and we went on May 15th around 4pm or 5pm. He was so knowledgable and helped us find the perfect shoe. He told us about the REI membership and signed up that day. Love this location!
