The REI Bike shop in Huntsville AL is my Bike shop for life! Cole and Joseph were super friendly, very helpful, and got me back on my bike training for my upcoming half Iron Man! Thank You!!! They are experts in their field and I appreciate their quality work! I highly recommend them!!!!

This place is a tale of two stores. You can go in one day and have a great experience and another day you can go in an have the worst experience. It’s almost like all the buttheads are scheduled together and all the great staff are schedule together. Selection and atmosphere are great, but the staff makes or breaks the experience. Outstanding customer service! I ordered a harness for my wife during an online sale but had it shipped to the store. When we went to try it on, it didn't fit quite right and besides there was an even PRETTIER option in the store. Not only did they make the return easy but they figured out a way to get me 25% off the harness we wound up taking home to make up for missing the sale. I couldn't be more happy with my experience.
