Love this store. Everyone every-time have been great!!!!! So knowledgeable and sooooo helpful. We love to just walk around and look at all the cool stuff. We have bought a lot of our camping stuff here and everything has lasted. We’ve also been able to bring things back that we did not use within the year.

I had a great experience with Cole and Jeremiah at the store today who both went above and beyond. Cole addressed a complaint I had right away and him and Jeremiah made sure that we were properly taken care of. As a result, I got a membership and bought several pairs of cycling shoes when I was originally walking out without buying any shoes. I really appreciated their customer service and prompt response.

I’ve been shopping at the Huntsville REI since it opened, and today’s visit was the most disappointing experience I’ve had there. I came in looking for kayaking life vests and made two full loops around the store, pausing several times because I was clearly trying to figure out where they might be. Throughout my visit, multiple employees were standing together talking with each other, but no one approached me or asked if I needed help.
