The bike shop is great. The mechanics are knowledgeable and friendly. Service is fast too. Thank you!!
Door says “Service Dogs Only”, I got stared down by a weepy old poodle the entire time I was in there. Very obviously not an ADA certified animal. A kid cousin of mine got bit by an animal in a very similar situation and it’s important to call out this irresponsible behavior when it happens. Please do better, REI, I will not be going to any of your locations as long as you’re allowing untrained animals into your stores.
Took a map and compass class there. It was a great intro class. Goes over the basics with a couple tries at using them. Would love to get a part two class. Store looked clean and well stocked.
I love this REI, mainly because of its bike shop. The bike folks are knowledgeable and have good manners, the latter of which I can't say for many other bike shops. They also made the return of a bike very easy. The store has also never been crowded during the several times I visited it.
