TJ is the man! Super knowledgeable on bikes and water sports and was very understanding as well.
During the thanksgiving rush, they were understaffed in the hiking shoes section, I waited for 20 minutes to try on shoes my size but was then budged by multiple people whom a staffer blatantly helped before me.
Great store, but the workers are a pain. They do not take "no” for an answer when asking to sign up for the membership. They constantly harass and pressure you to sign up.
