Ordered a women's small jacket from Rab. Got a men's medium jacket from Stio. I guess they were both jackets? Otherwise, a swing and a miss.
Wonderful store for all of your outdoor adventure needs. I'm a rock climber, and REI, has been a solid "go to" since the mid 90s for hoth climbing and camping needs.
My husband and I bought 2 co-op bikes last year and already I've had to bring them back to the Cleveland store twice and they're not even a year old yet. I just had my bike there yesterday for a gear-changing issue and now today I'm out trying to ride it and the chain has come off twice. I've had to walk it home TWICE! If this is the kind of service I'm going to get, I won't buy another bike there. I live over an hour away and gas is too expensive to be going up there if they can't fix things right the first time.
