Bravo REI! You took my 20oz cracked lid HydroFlask that I bought in 2013, refunded it for a manufacturer defect (which it was), and I was able to purchase another 20oz (similar color), some accessories, and a wide mouth 64oz HydroFlask on sale (it was only $30). Best customer service and the staff knows the products
Our sons, jordan and Daniel (aka peter pan and boaty) are through hiking the ptc. After 702 miles daniel needed new shoes. Kennewick REI were so great. They shipped his new shoes and included some goodies in the box.. T shirts, bars, and a very personal hand drawn card. We love our local REI! You guys are awesome.
