Well having not taking care of myself by not taking my meds, no exercise and weight gain. I was forced to take myself to the ER with High BP 230. I felt very safe at the ER and RMCHCS. The staff worked as a Team! Every Team member i met were on point and communicated with one another very well. I was impressed all the way to housekeeping. No one complained or had a rude attitude. Staff was great ER was quiet, not busy. Staff was friendly and attentive.
It was my first time visiting the ER, so I was naturally quite anxious. However, the medical team was wonderful. They were clear, professional, and took their time with me. The phlebotomist also made the blood draw completely quick and painless.
