Organic Ethiopian Cuisine The sign in front of the restaurant claims to offer organic cuisine.All I can say is the food is delicious and since most of the food is already prepared the wait is not bad. I'll be happy when they finally offer a lunch buffet. The only draw back is they don't serve honey wine.
