They broke my back window and wouldn’t take care of it. Didn’t even order me new glass.
I was heading out this morning for my early coffee run and noticed a screw in my tire. I called and spoke to Mike right before 8am. He told me to bring my car in right away and he would take care of it. When I arrived, I was warmly greeted by Mike and the office staff. Within 15 minutes, I was on the road again! Mike and his team were very nice and efficient. I highly recommend them!
As an employee that left due to moving, I feel the need to share my experience with this shop. Rick the owner, since day one treated me like family. Other places I’ve Worked for in this industry place a lot of pressure on the techs to “sell” work that may not always be needed. I have to say THANK YOU once again to Rehoboth Auto!! We have been taking our vehicles there for maintenance and repairs for years so we are already a very satisfied customer... BUT... when the van breaks down and Sumner is without a means of transportation, they make us their #1 priority! That is service and kindness beyond measure! THANK YOU!
