The property manager brittany is so nice & supportive ! such well mannered & also a sweetheart , love her & will help you with anything that is needed or any questions. Rehobeth Pointe is very quiet most of the time .. i would definitely recommend these apartments to those who are looking for nice places to live & where the community is friendly, well put together. The maintenance men are also very friendly & will fix anything that is needed! absolutely love this apartment complex.
I recently moved back to Rehoboth Pointe, and I have to say, Monique has been amazing. She’s incredibly professional and helped me with everything I needed. The maintenance team is just as impressive—quick to address any issues I’ve had. The location is great, and the apartments are quiet, spacious, clean, and affordable. This is my second time living here, and I’d highly recommend Rehoboth Pointe to anyone looking for a great place to live.
Monique is very attentive and kind. The complex is overall a quiet area. Maintenance request are completed in a timely manner. Parking is not a hassle.
I’ve been here for almost 3 years. My stay so far has been pleasant. I have no real complaints. There’s been a few issues with the type of residents that lived here in the past, but that’s been taken care of. It’s always quiet at night, ample parking, I’ve never had an issue with rodents or bugs, and my place is cozy. Monique is cool and easy to talk to, and the maintenance man is really nice also!
I would like to give Ms. Monique a big SHOUTOUT for transforming Rehobeth Pointe Apartments to a more friendly and inviting community. Although I been and went through some things, I reached out to her each time and she was always up front and honest with me. She has incorporated an invitation to a gym, Halloween Semi treat for the children and now Thanksgiving give away. She is very creative and keep improving Rehobeth Pointe.
